Brian whom sits as CEO of Ollywop Radio Network Entertainment LLC began his journey in the media broadcasting industry as a radio programmer of 5 years for The Moe Betta 99 based out of Houston, TX where he studied the ins-and-out of the intricacies of radio production whilst giving opportunities to independent artists who'd otherwise not had the privelage of being featured on-air during a live broadcast. Brian has since branched out with idea of expanding his idea of helping underprivelaged artists and musicians by reaching out to fellow stations around the world who aimed to accomplish similar goals to found what would later become the foundation of what is now Ollywop Radio and it's subsideraries.
Responsibilities:
Develops high quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives
Leads and motivates subordinates to advance employee engagement develop a high performing managerial team
Oversees all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission
Makes high-quality investing decisions to advance the business and increase profits
Enforces adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the company’s legality and business ethics
Reviews financial and non-financial reports to devise solutions or improvements
Builds trust relations with key partners and stakeholders and act as a point of contact for important shareholders
Analyzes problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth
Maintains a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company
