In Classic "IYRTITL" Fashion, Drake Releases His 7th Studio Album, ‘Honestly, Nevermind’

Drake is officially in the summer music conversation with the surprise album release late last night.

Drake is back after only being away for a couple of months as the rapper has released his seventh album Honestly, Nevermind in the most "IYRTITL" fashion just a little after midnight on Friday June 17th.

The album, which features 14 tracks, was executive produced by Black Coffee, Noah “40” Shebib, Drake’s manager Oliver El-Khatib, and Noel Cadastre. The album is light with features, with 21 Savage appearing on album closer “Jimmy Cooks.”This new albums only nine months after Drake released Certified Lover Boy, last fall.

Prior to the midnight release, Drake is also launching a SiriusXM radio show titled Table For One where he played the album in full.

Along with the release of new album Honestly, Nevermind, Drake has dropped the video for his first single “Falling Back”, with a guest appearance from Tristan Thompson.

Earlier this week, Drake hilariously shared he’d won the championship for his own Sanctuary Basketball League. In a clip that was shared online, he is seen popping a bottle of champagne, comparing himself to Kobe Bryant, and more. His team consisting of himself, Chubbs, and OVO Mark (Team NTIG) won for the third year in a row.
